About King Harv's Imperial Coffees

 

KING HARV
My Dad. The King. He had the nickname King as long as I can remember. When I came up with a special blend of coffee for him, Bali and Ethiopia, we called it King Harv's Imperial, and eventually that became the name of our company as well. The King was a retired Teacher, Administrator, Sax player, and Proud US Army Vet.

DAVID
Company founder and Son of King Harv. I started out roasting as a hobby way back in the 1990's. By 2002 it turned into a family business, and I've been roasting ever since. Inventor of the infamous Hindenberg Roasting Disaster. (My hybrid home experimental coffee roaster resulted in a small implosion and fire. Oh the humanity!) Prior to coffee roasting I worked in the profoundly physical and uncivilized world of software engineering. Family, dachshunds, and coffee were the only means of survival.

ZACHARIAH
My son Zachariah has been working with the family business since he was 10 years old. After many, many years, like the apprentices of old, Zach has now been certified as the Official Head Roaster of King Harv's Imperial Coffees. He also is our official cat specialist.

UNCLE STEVE
My awesome Uncle Steve is a retired Insurance Salesman, Golfer Extraordinaire, and a Proud US Army Vet. He also has a special blend of coffee of his own, Vice King Warrior.

TERRI
Terri is the wife of Zachariah, who is a bit of a linebacker for the company. She does emergency runs to drop orders off at our local post office, helps with packing, and does pretty much anything that comes along. She is also a World Class Martial Artist (don't mess with Terri), language specialist, and teacher. Like Zach, she serves as a life term servant to their two cats Valentina and Yuri.

BESIDES ONLINE, IS THERE A PLACE I CAN GO TO GET COFFEES IN PERSON?
Why yes there is. We are at the Winter Park FL Farmer's market every Saturday, loaded with coffee, from 8:00am to 1:00pm. Come on over and have an espresso on us!
